We have the honour to invite you to take part in the work of the Seventh international exhibition "Energy Fo-
rum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector") - "Energy-efficient technologies for extraction
(production) and usage", to be held from 23rd till 26th May, 2006 in Kyiv at the Exhibition Centre
"KyivExpoPlaza" (Salyutna St., 2-B, pavilion #1).
The Seventh international exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector")
"Energy-efficient technologies for extraction (production) and usage" is organized jointly with the Ninth
international conference "Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors" (Scientific
Council's Hall of the NTUU "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute").
The exhibition and conference objective is forming scientific basis for energy security of Ukraine and other
European countries, development of an interstate dialog in the energy sphere (Ukraine - EU, Ukraine - Russia,
Ukraine - the countries of the Caspian region), analysis of perspective for diversification of energy markets,
assessment of peculiarities of Ukraine's integration into the European energy system and Eurasian energy
space, forming an energy-saving model for development of Ukrainian economy, supporting the state policy of
structural-innovative renewal of the energy sector and modernization of ob-jects of the fuel-and-energy
complex of Ukraine, broad attracting domestic and foreign investments into the Ukrainian energy sector.

In the course of work of the exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine — 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector"), the

At the Ninth international conference" Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corri-

In the course of the conference, specialized seminars, presentations and round tables will be organized; an
information campaign "Mass-media for support of Ukraine's fuel-and-energy complex" will be held, within which
the media will be pro-vided with the possibility to demonstrate their participation in describing achievements
and prospects of the fuel-and-energy sector of Ukraine's economy.
General information sponsors of the conference and exhibition are: journals "Energybusiness" and "Oil and
Gas" and newspaper "Energyinform".
TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION
Forms of the participation: rent of exhibition area and equipment; participation in absentia. The cost of
participation in the exhibition consists of the registration fee, exhibition area payment, and additional
equipment/services payment.
- Registration fee - 150 USD
The registration fees are to be paid by all participating companies/firms. The registration fee includes the cost
of placement of information about the company in the exhibition catalogue and also provision with
advertisement-and-information materials. The hotel costs are not included in the registration fee.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of the equipped exhibition area - 249 USD
The cost of a standard exhibition place (no less than 6 sq. m) includes: area equipped with stand
constructions, a table, two chairs, lighting fixture, 220 V socket, garbage bin, carpet covering, frieze with
company name, and also security and cleaning in the passages.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of non-equipped exhibition area - 199 USD
The cost includes: interior lighting, general security during off-hours, cleaning in the passages. The extra
charge for the stands: corner stand (two sides are open) - 15% of the exhibition area cost, "peninsula" (3
sides are open) - 20 % of the exhibition area cost, "island" (4 sides are open) - 25% of the exhibition area cost.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of open area outside of the pavilion - 59 USD.
The cost includes general security during off-hours. The exhibition area is provided for the whole exhibition
time, in-cluding the exhibit placement and removal.
- The cost of participation in absentia -150 USD.
The cost of participation in absentia includes placement of information about the firm, its products and
services into the official exhibition catalogue, and also dissemination -the advertisement-and-information
materials in the course of the exhi-bition.
- Placement of advertisement in the exhibition catalogue:
1 colored page - 550 USD 1 black-and-white page - 200 USD
'/2 of colored page - 300 USD V2 of black-and-white page - 120 USD
The size of the advertisement page - 210 x 297 mm; 1/2 advertisement page is - 210 x 147 mm. In the case
the origi-nal model is produced by the publisher of the catalogue, the following items are to be provided:
advertisement text; logotype of the firm, trade brand; black-and-white or colored illustrations.
- Placement of logotype in the exhibition catalogue - 35 USD.
The mentioned prices include VAT and advertisement taxation.
TERMS OF APPLICATION
To take part in the exhibition, the Participant must send to the Organizer a filled-in application form by 10 May,
2006. By submitting the application form, the Participant accepts all the conditions of the exhibition's
conduction. In this connection, the application form has the legal status of a contract. It is necessary to send
an outline/sketch of a stand and in-formation for the exhibition catalogue together with the application-contract
form. Additional equipment and services, ordered by the Participant, are provided for additional fee.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment for participation in the exhibition is conducted in accordance to the account (bill) issued by the
Organizer, according to the application-contract form.
The payment must be conducted no later than 10 days before opening of the exhibition in US dollars.
LOCATION OF STANDS
The Organizer will make placement of the exhibition stands with consideration of the participants' preferences,
ac-cording to the general plan of the exhibition layout, and accordingly to the order of payment coming. If
some construction is planned in the unequipped area, the Participant must agree it with the Organizer.
CATALOGUE OF THE EXHIBITION
Textual materials, provided by the Participant for placement in the catalogue of the exhibition, must include: a)
full and short name of the firm/company; b) mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail; c) an annotation
of main directions of activities of the firm/company. The annotation should not exceed 150 words (punctuation
marks and conjunctions are not counted). The information must be presented to the Organizer in the form of a
computer file and also printed on paper sheets. The materials for the exhibition catalogue must be submitted
by 10 May, 2006.
REGISTRATION OF THE EXHIBITION PARTICIPANTS
Registration of the participants will be conducted at the address: the Exhibition Centre "KyivExpoPlaza", 2-B
Salyutna St., Kyiv, Ukraine. The participants will be admitted for participation in the exhibition upon receiving
the application form and all payments by the Organizer.

• about preliminary inclusion of papers into the conference programme the authors will be notified by 10 May,

By submitting the application form a participant accepts all conditions for participation in the conference. The

PUBLICATION OF THE CONFERENCE PAPERS
Omelette papers (5-6 pages of A4 format) and annotations (up to 1 page of A4 format), including drawings
and photographs, are to be sub-mitted in a prepared for publication form, in the Word format, on FD 3.5' or via
e-mail, and also with one printed copy - on A4 format paper sheets. The body of papers must be typed in
Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, with 1 line spacing. The papers must contain names (family and first name),
name of the organisation, the address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail.

In the course of work of the exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine — 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal. Energy Sector"), the
first stage of the Seventh All-Ukrainian Competition "Leader of the Fuel-and Energy Complex of Ukraine'2006"
will be conducted in the following nominations: "Statesman", "Scholar", "Manager of Enterprise (Organization)",
"Enterprise (Organization)", "Scientific-and-Technological Development", "Innovation Project", "Investment
Project", "Energy-saving Project", "Project in Environmental Protection", "Investor", "Civil, Non-governmental
and Non-commercial Organization", "Public Figure", "Journalist".
At the Ninth international conference" Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corri-
dors" the following issues will be considered:
• Energy security: world trends and driving forces in the XXI century
• Energy security as a basis of the national and economic security of European countries
• Strategy of development of the fuel-and-energy sector of Europe and Ukraine for the period of up to 2030
• Integration processes in the European energy sector, the joint energy system of Europe

• Ukraine's nuclear energy and world trends in the nuclear industry, the nuclear-fuel cycle of Ukraine

• Innovation and investment projects in the fuel-and-energy complex
• Formation of energy-saving model for economic development of Ukraine.
In the course of the conference, specialized seminars, presentations and round tables will be organized; an
information campaign "Mass-media for support of Ukraine's fuel-and-energy complex" will be held, within which
the media will be pro-vided with the possibility to demonstrate their participation in describing achievements
and prospects of the fuel-and-energy sector of Ukraine's economy.
General information sponsors of the conference and exhibition are: journals "Energybusiness" and "Oil and
Gas" and newspaper "Energyinform".
TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION
Forms of the participation: rent of exhibition area and equipment; participation in absentia. The cost of
participation in the exhibition consists of the registration fee, exhibition area payment, and additional
equipment/services payment.
- Registration fee - 150 USD
The registration fees are to be paid by all participating companies/firms. The registration fee includes the cost
of placement of information about the company in the exhibition catalogue and also provision with
advertisement-and-information materials. The hotel costs are not included in the registration fee.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of the equipped exhibition area - 249 USD
The cost of a standard exhibition place (no less than 6 sq. m) includes: area equipped with stand
constructions, a table, two chairs, lighting fixture, 220 V socket, garbage bin, carpet covering, frieze with
company name, and also security and cleaning in the passages.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of non-equipped exhibition area - 199 USD
The cost includes: interior lighting, general security during off-hours, cleaning in the passages. The extra
charge for the stands: corner stand (two sides are open) - 15% of the exhibition area cost, "peninsula" (3
sides are open) - 20 % of the exhibition area cost, "island" (4 sides are open) - 25% of the exhibition area cost.
- The cost of 1 sq. m of open area outside of the pavilion - 59 USD.
The cost includes general security during off-hours. The exhibition area is provided for the whole exhibition
time, in-cluding the exhibit placement and removal.
- The cost of participation in absentia -150 USD.
The cost of participation in absentia includes placement of information about the firm, its products and
services into the official exhibition catalogue, and also dissemination -the advertisement-and-information
materials in the course of the exhi-bition.
- Placement of advertisement in the exhibition catalogue:
1 colored page - 550 USD 1 black-and-white page - 200 USD
'/2 of colored page - 300 USD V2 of black-and-white page - 120 USD
The size of the advertisement page - 210 x 297 mm; 1/2 advertisement page is - 210 x 147 mm. In the case
the origi-nal model is produced by the publisher of the catalogue, the following items are to be provided:
advertisement text; logotype of the firm, trade brand; black-and-white or colored illustrations.
- Placement of logotype in the exhibition catalogue - 35 USD.
The mentioned prices include VAT and advertisement taxation.
TERMS OF APPLICATION
To take part in the exhibition, the Participant must send to the Organizer a filled-in application form by 10 May,
2006. By submitting the application form, the Participant accepts all the conditions of the exhibition's
conduction. In this connection, the application form has the legal status of a contract. It is necessary to send
an outline/sketch of a stand and in-formation for the exhibition catalogue together with the application-contract
form. Additional equipment and services, ordered by the Participant, are provided for additional fee.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment for participation in the exhibition is conducted in accordance to the account (bill) issued by the
Organizer, according to the application-contract form.
The payment must be conducted no later than 10 days before opening of the exhibition in US dollars.
LOCATION OF STANDS
The Organizer will make placement of the exhibition stands with consideration of the participants' preferences,
ac-cording to the general plan of the exhibition layout, and accordingly to the order of payment coming. If
some construction is planned in the unequipped area, the Participant must agree it with the Organizer.
CATALOGUE OF THE EXHIBITION
Textual materials, provided by the Participant for placement in the catalogue of the exhibition, must include: a)
full and short name of the firm/company; b) mailing address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail; c) an annotation
of main directions of activities of the firm/company. The annotation should not exceed 150 words (punctuation
marks and conjunctions are not counted). The information must be presented to the Organizer in the form of a
computer file and also printed on paper sheets. The materials for the exhibition catalogue must be submitted
by 10 May, 2006.
REGISTRATION OF THE EXHIBITION PARTICIPANTS
Registration of the participants will be conducted at the address: the Exhibition Centre "KyivExpoPlaza", 2-B
Salyutna St., Kyiv, Ukraine. The participants will be admitted for participation in the exhibition upon receiving
the application form and all payments by the Organizer.

We have the honour to invite you to take part in the work of the Ninth international conference "Energy
Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors" to be held on 23 - 26 May, 2006 in Kyiv
(Scientific Council's Hall of the NTUU "Kyiv Polytech-nic Institute").
The Ninth international conference "Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors"
is organized jointly with the Seventh international exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal.
Energy Sector") - "Energy-efficient technologies for extraction (production) and usage".
The exhibition and conference objective is forming scientific basis for energy security of Ukraine and other
European countries, development of an interstate dialog in the energy sphere (Ukraine - EU, Ukraine —
Russia, Ukraine - the countries of the Caspian region), analysis of perspective for diversification of energy
markets, assessment of peculiarities of Ukraine's integration into the European energy system and Eurasian
energy space, forming an energy-saving model for development of Ukrainian economy, supporting the state
policy of structural-innovative renewal of the energy sector and modernization of objects of the fuel-and-
energy complex of Ukraine, broad attracting domestic and foreign investments into the Ukrainian energy sector.

The registration fee should be transferred to the Organizing Committee's address by 10 May, 2006.
For participation in the conference it is necessary to fill in an application, the form is enclosed.
In the conference participants' correspondence with the Organizing Committee please follow the next schedule:
• applications for participation in the conference, with annotation of papers are accepted until 5 May, 2006;
• about preliminary inclusion of papers into the conference programme the authors will be notified by 10 May,
2006;
• submission of full text of papers by the authors is due to 15 May, 2006;
• about inclusion of papers into the conference programme the authors will be notified by 15 May, 2006.
By submitting the application form a participant accepts all conditions for participation in the conference. The
mentioned prices include VAT and tax on advertisement.

The conference's participants will get generalized monographs "World, regional and national challenges for
energy security of Ukraine", "Energy efficiency and renewable sources of energy", "Leaders of the fuel-and-
energy complex of Ukraine - 2005" and will also obtain the printed materials of the conference, as well as a set
of informative-and-advertising materials of the exhibition "Energy Forum "Ukraine - 2006" ("Oil. Gas. Coal.
Energy Sector") and conference" Energy Security of Europe of the XXI century. Eurasian Energy Corridors".
PUBLICATION OF THE CONFERENCE PAPERS
Omelette papers (5-6 pages of A4 format) and annotations (up to 1 page of A4 format), including drawings
and photographs, are to be sub-mitted in a prepared for publication form, in the Word format, on FD 3.5' or via
e-mail, and also with one printed copy - on A4 format paper sheets. The body of papers must be typed in
Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, with 1 line spacing. The papers must contain names (family and first name),
name of the organisation, the address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail.
