Information and analytical company Ecsor LLC is a mobile independent group of qualified specialists with knowledge in the sphere of system analysis (economic, management, policy, ecology, marketing, etc.). The company regularly employs 26 specialists. A network of experts, leading specialists possessing knowledge in various spheres of social and political life of regions, economy, and environmental studies operates on a contract basis if necessary in different regions (in 25 regions, and cities of Kiev and Sevastopol).

Fifteen years of activities embrace fulfillment of informational, analytical, and research works pursuant to contracts with state and private organizations, development of software, interactive sites, and elements of electronic government and electronic self-administration, including:

development of systems of informational and analytical support of decisions for different spheres of economy, social sphere, and policy;
adaptation and approbation of own package of information and analytical system of decision support to different problem tasks;
complex informational and analytical research and monitoring of social and economic processes in the society based on expert estimations and statistical data with application of the newest technologies of data analysis and getting knowledge from information;
teaching of contemporary analysis method to specialists;
creation of databases, information and reference systems, presentation reports, and interactive WEB-pages;
automated processing of territorially disseminated information with application of geoinformation technologies; and
development and production of sensor systems for points of collective access, creation of informational and reference kiosks of management object and subject distance interaction.

Employees of Information and analytical company Ecsor LLC have developed software that is used for marketing and analytical research, as well as other firmware to be used:

Package of Logos applied programs (software for mathematical and statistical analysis of data, formation of data processing scenarios, getting of knowledge and dependences from data, optimization and making of decisions). Certificates VP No.539, 540, 595, 597 issued by the State Agency of Ukraine on author and related rights, 2000.
Multifunctional system of lease objects’ accounting, making payments, getting of operational information, conducting of research with the purpose to take efficient decisions in the sphere of lease relations.
Internet-oriented analytical and GIS systems (developed on the basis of web-technologies and subsystem Expert GIS, Certificate VP No.8912 issued by the State Agency of Ukraine on author and related rights, 2003).
Information kiosk (Infomat) – original informational kiosk protected from the acts of vandalism (computer in a protected case) with special software and sensor monitor for reduced utilization.
